Welcome to this cosy villa ideally located to contemplate the sun going down on the Pointe du Raz and on the Iroise sea. In the middle of the Natura 2000 area, two minutes walk from the beach of the Baie des Trépassés, this is a very nice house with four bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. From the living room you have a fantastic view of the Baie des Trépassés and Pointe du Raz.

Beautiful closed garden, a veranda to contemplate the landscape. Fantastic hikes along the coast by the GR34 (circuit of long hikes n°34) are accessible from the house. Plenty of room for everyone!

- the entrance opens onto a west-facing living room with a fantastic view of the Baie des Trépassés and the Pointe du Raz. Dining room, fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
