a well-equipped kitchenette, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster,
a living room with a stove for wood pellets and WIFI, TV.

A bathroom with WC.
Upstairs : 1 bedroom with 2 double beds 160 and 140 cm wide.
Closed garden with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs. Space for a private parking space.
Note: water for the house comes from the garden well after filtration and disinfection. No problem for the kitchen and bathroom. Bring bottled water for drinking.
