A spacious and bright family cottage
Designed to accommodate up to 6 people (2 adults and 4 children), the house is organized on two levels:
• On the ground floor, a large, warm, and bright living area combines the living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a landscaped terrace overlooking the park. You will also find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate toilet.
• Upstairs, three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, and two bedrooms with single beds for children. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the sleeping area.
An exceptional setting between sea, nature, and heritage
Surrounded by a vast wooded park, the property offers an unobstructed view of the Goyen river, the port of Audierne and, in the distance, the bay of Audierne. Here, calm and disconnection are on the agenda, in a preserved environment.
Nature lovers will be delighted: hiking trails start directly from the property, ideal for exploring the landscapes of Cap-Sizun, between moors, cliffs, and wild coastline.

Pleasant renovated house, in a quiet area, close to the sandy beach. Sea view. This vacation home is located in a pleasant side street, just a few meters from the sea in Audierne. Audierne's beautiful beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance: the nearest crêperie, a bar, a beach bar, the fishing port, the ferry to Ile de Seine, Audierne town center, etc. Tennis courts, a sailing school and a scuba-diving school are all in the immediate vicinity. The ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace and TV. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Also, there is a washing machine and a dryer at your disposal.
